Our eco-design philosophy is inspired by mother nature and aims to create art forms that complement contemporary architecture and interior design. At Wari, we believe there’s always a new idea waiting to be explored. Just like nature, even design is bound to evolve and change with time. Our aim is to partner with the change makers of today to collaborate and create design solutions that transform eco-friendly raw materials to functional art. Our in-house expertise creates the perfect canvas to help bring to life design ideas that can be custom built for any theme. Every art piece begins with an idea, and our team helps you at every stage, from concept to creation.

It all started with his dream, his vision, and his unrelenting faith in artisans, art and a desire to make a difference. The entire team loves to trouble him, and he tolerates all of them with his patient smile and his trademark expressions. A born leader and an artist – the rarest, and oddest combination witnessed by this team. He walks the talk and leads from the front. An advertising and design veteran, who has worked and collaborated with some of the best in the industry including Trikay Grey, Ogilvy, Gia, and Design Temple. A humble recipient of the distinction of “Empanelment as graphic designer of Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Heritage Conservation Society”. A nature lover who was bestowed with the honour of creating the visual identity of Sanjay Gandhi National Park and has been active in the tribal and rural welfare in Maharashtra for more than a decade.

A keen mind with an acumen of a seasoned businessman, Additya loves to paint and close deals. He is a visionary and forces the main man to see the money in art. His entrepreneurial spirit was inspired by Wari’s vision and has discovered his own artistic talents along the journey. His current aspiration is to elevate Indian Art & Culture to a global platform, reflecting his deep commitment to cultural enrichment and global outreach. Additya Sashte is the Founder & Director of Tvashtra Industries Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering company in India specializing in Smart lighting solutions. Tvashtra Industries collaborates extensively with major Government entities and private sectors, contributing significantly to India’s sustainability goals by reducing energy consumption through innovative IoT-based Lighting Solutions.

Ujwal is a seasoned marketing and advertising professional with over 18 years of experience working across categories and brands. His strategic leadership has been honed through roles at Ogilvy, Lowe Lintas, JWT, and CLIRNET, where he has successfully led campaigns for India’s top brands, contributing to their visibility and market growth.
Outside of work, he is passionate about photography, football, and outdoor adventures.
Ujwal is thrilled to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to Wari Art & Culture, eager to contribute to its success through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships.

He loves marketing, Wari, business, writing, Niyam’s courage, the Warkaris of this team, cheesecakes, mountains, and bikes – not in this order. He spent close to 2 decades in marketing and advertising working with industry leaders like The Times Group, Ogilvy, and The Walt Disney Company. He is currently sharing his experience as an Assistant Teaching Professor at an American University and consults Wari in his spare time. He loves what Wari stands for and is passionate about realising the dream of Wari’s main man.

Our main man goes to him with a stack of problems, and he simply waves his magic wand on his laptop and almost always solves the problem. He is the digital backbone of Wari Art and Culture™ and handles all the website and social media responsibilities. Amol Gawde is the Founder of leading Digital Agency, Aspire Designs. His journey started in 2003 when Digital was at its most nascent stage in India. Today, Aspire Designs has more than 100 clients, completed 700+ Projects in 5 Countries. With 15 years of experience today Aspire Designs is a leading Digital agency with specialisation in Branding, Websites, Ecommerce, mobile apps and digital marketing including SEO, SEM and social media. They aim to keep evolving and provide their clients with state-of-the-art IT and Digital solutions.
